The Village and Council recognizes that residents may occasionally need to contact us regarding an emergency water or sewer situation outside of those normal village office hours of Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pm,
The Water and Sewer Department now has an after-hours emergency phone number for the customers to use in case of water main breaks and urgent water/sewer concerns.
