We want to thank all of our wonderful residents for their patience with us while we are dealing with multiple water main breaks. The sub zero weather has not been kind to us. We have repaired 3 and are currently (Thursday) en route to numbers 4 and 5 in the vicinity of Third and Shideler.
We would like to say thank you to everyone who has been calling in as these breaks are spotted. Also, The boil advisory was lifted Wednesday afternoon. We do apologize if you did not receive the "One Call". One of the reasons we asked everyone to update their information with us was to make sure we could reach everyone with the "One Call." We are going to investigate the alert system and see if we could have done anything different so that next time, everyone will receive the alert. In the meantime, please make sure to update your information with the Water/Sewer Dept.
